Ta’Chingon Flavors of Mexico: Authentic Mexican Cuisine & Exceptional Service in Las Vegas

We tried this restaurant Saturday night due to all the high ratings. The owners were friendly coming to check on us and with their serving staff being attentive with excellent customer service. My strawberry mojito was delicious with the perfect balance of strawberry, lime, and mint. The Food was amazing. The decor was beautiful and modern with fresh flowers, and the impressive bar being the main focus of the room. We loved the noise level was on the quiet side. It was worth the drive from our home in Henderson and we would definitely return.

Ta’Chingon really knows how to set the tone with their guacamole. I absolutely loved it! It was limey, fresh, and flavorful, exactly the way I like it. Honestly, I could’ve made a meal out of just chips and guac and left happy. The service was also top-notch. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. That alone makes me want to come back. Now, as for the food while the guacamole was a star, I found the chimichangas to be a little on the dry side. The flavors were good, but I was hoping for a little more moisture or sauciness to tie it all together. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely needed more flavor. What did bum me out was dessert. I was excited to try something sweet to finish the meal, but the only option available at the time was coconut flan. Unfortunately, that’s the one thing my daughters won’t eat, so we had to skip dessert altogether. A bigger dessert selection would have made the night perfect.

Great food! Fast and delicious. My new go to place for authentic Mexican food! Prices are perfect and full bar to boot! Nothing fancy here folks but some of the best service and food you can get! I do love the black silverware and cool salt shaker!! Go and give them a try...you won't be sorry!

Based on reviews we went to Ta'Chingon after a day of climbing and were so happy we did! Everyone there was attentive and friendly! The owners checked on us and spent time talking with us! The original bartender was quick with a fun joke. Hector the owner took over and was extremely personable! His wife was busy making sure everyone was satisfied but made time to check on us as well! The drinks were amazing. The chips, salsa and guacamole... perfection! The mole was the best my boyfriend ever had and my birria tacos were outstanding! There is a great happy hour every day! I can't say enough good things... you need to go!

My husband and I went to lunch at Ta'Chingon Flavors of Mexico restaurant a couple days ago and it was delicious! It's a nice, casual restaurant. We had the steak fajitas for 2. The steak was sizzling, tasty and tender. Our server was very nice and attentive. The owner also came to our table to check on us. A great experience all around. We can't wait to come back!

Everything excellent. Friendly fast service. Large, fully loaded delicious drinks. Homemade chips. Mole chicken sweetened & spiced just right. Tacos al pastore were tender & hearty. Great reasonably priced neighborhood Mexican restaurant.

Decided to try this place and was very happy I did. The food was amazing, everything was extremely fresh and flavorful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They also took my wife's allergies very seriously and made sure everything was safe for her to eat. We also took food to go for my in laws and they loved it as well. All around great experience. I would highly recommend this place.

Rafael is the BEST server. Food is very delish. Presentation - beautiful. Atmosphere very lovely. It will be our weekly if not more often....this is where I say good bye to Juan's lol. We love our Carlos in the evenings. Parking is ample - the deserning diner will not be disappointed. Love love this place!
